As an Accounting Consultant, your primary mission is to support our clients in the digital transformation of their internal accounting processes. You will act as a strategic expert, translating complex financial needs into concrete solutions within Odoo, while ensuring compliance with Belgian legislation. Your role combines functional consulting, technical expertise, and human support to ensure end-to-end implementation success.
What your key responsibilities will be
Process analysis & optimization
Challenge clients existing financial processes to integrate them effectively into Odoo, and translate their requirements into configuration or development tasks.
Support & Training
Support the client throughout the implementation phase, lead functional training sessions, and stay constantly up to date with accounting legislation.
Technical implementation & Quality assurance
Manage client data imports, perform functional testing, and ensure every project stage is rigorously documented.
Development & Relationship Management
Actively participate in sales initiatives with existing clients and prospects to promote our digital transformation solutions.
The ideal profile for our Idealis team
Must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Highly proficient with IT tools and digital environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex processes.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
- A good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset for this position.
