As a Sales Development Representative, your mission is to drive our growth by identifying new opportunities for Idealis. You play a strategic role in fueling the sales pipeline by actively targeting sectors and companies whose needs align with our ERP solutions. Your ability to understand client challenges and assess the fit of our services is essential for transforming prospects into long-term partners.

What your key responsibilities will be

Prospecting & multi-channel outreach

Identify new prospects through a strategy combining cold calling, emailing, social media, and attendance at targeted events.

 Performance & Optimization

Meet lead generation targets and play an active role in structuring prospecting processes.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with the teams to refine campaigns and share market insights to improve our sales approach.

 Qualification & needs analysis

Qualify inbound leads to evaluate their potential and understand business challenges in order to propose tailored solutions.

The ideal profile for our Idealis team

Must have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or Communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales prospecting role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and captivate prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in a CRM or management tool such as Odoo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Highly motivated by active prospecting and pipeline development.

 Nice to have

  • Strong interest in the IT sector and the challenges of digital transformation.
  • Possession of a strong professional network to accelerate partnership development.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales opportunities.
  • A dynamic, creative personality with a strong focus on service quality.
  • A strong desire to actively contribute to the growth and development of Idealis.
