Semlex was looking for a management solution for order and invoice approvals. Semlex also sought an inventory management solution, covering complex international reception/delivery flows. A clear integration between the flows was required: orders, inventory, reception/delivery, and invoicing. A better view of stocks and warehouses, whether physical, virtual, or in transit, was expected.

An Odoo project had already started with another partner, but Semlex was not satisfied. Idealis took over this very interesting project. Even though standard Odoo already offers great features for approval flows, Idealis brought its techno-functional expertise to enhance the standard apps (Odoo Invoicing, Odoo Warehouses, Odoo Accounting, Odoo Finance, Odoo Purchases, Odoo Approvals). The project started in Belgium, but the solution was later deployed in other countries. In close collaboration with Semlex, Idealis met the requested needs. We also implemented accounting management in Odoo.

Semlex benefits from better tracking of order and invoice approvals. It now has precise traceability of approvals. The solution is managed from Belgium while being used in other countries, making it easier to maintain. They also benefit from integrated accounting.
