We are looking for an INTERN/STUDENT FOR THE MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE ACADEMY.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Actively participate in the organisation of training courses


  • Plan training courses, checking the availability of trainers
  • Keeping the training calendar up to date and communicating about them

2. Actively participate in the external communication of the Academy

  • Produce publications on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create sponsored posts linked to the catalogue
  • Create external communications with customers and prospects
  • Create blog articles
  • Evaluate and analyse key performance indicators (via Google Analytics)
  • Shoot and edit promotional videos for the Academy in various formats
  • Coordinate Academy events
  • Coordinate corporate events (such as Academy Roadshows)

YOUR PROFILE



  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field (marketing, event organisation, audiovisual, etc.)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Video editing skills
  • Comfortable with IT tools and environment
  • Basic knowledge of tools dedicated to the profession (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA techniques.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Good writer and communicator 
  • Creative, autonomous and proactive
  • Problem solving and able to take initiative
