The Story of Humelab


Established in 2001, Humelab specializes in digital signage solutions and interactive technologies, making it the ideal partner to support businesses in their digital transformation journey.


The company aims to integrate elegant touch furniture into users' daily lives. It designs touch tables equipped with interactive games for multiple users, suitable for all ages. Made in France, these tables are built to be robust and ensure user safety as well as equipment longevity. Since 2017, the company has accelerated its growth through strategic acquisitions, further strengthening its market position.



Their needs

Our client, Humelab, operates 11 companies and has been using Odoo since version 13. Initially, they aimed to enhance their internal processes within Odoo, specifically focusing on optimizing logistics routes across their businesses, refining billing policies to match their activities, and improving their after-sales service to efficiently address the needs of multiple companies with varying requirements. 


Next, the client wanted to integrate the accounting for their 11 companies into Odoo. For the remainder of the project, we provided support to help them optimize their operations through various enhancements.

We digitized Humelab's processes by implementing a dedicated solution based on the Odoo ERP. To achieve this and optimize their solution, we customized and modified a set of specific modules.


Here are some of the enhancements made:


1.  Logistics Route Optimization: We configured and adjusted the logistics modules to improve the management of flows between the 11 companies, reducing delivery times and increasing operational efficiency.

2.  Billing Policy Improvement: The billing modules were adapted to better align with Humelab's various activities, ensuring accurate and consistent invoicing across all companies.

3.  Enhanced After-Sales Service (SAV): We developed tailored solutions for after-sales service, allowing for centralized and efficient management of support requests from different companies while addressing their specific needs.

4. Accounting Integration: The accounting modules were integrated to enable consolidated financial management for the 11 companies, providing a precise and real-time overview of the company’s finances.


For the remainder of the project, we provide ongoing support to help Humelab continually optimize its operations, implementing various improvements and ensuring that their Odoo solution remains aligned with their strategic objectives.
