Their needs
EXKI was looking for an integrated management solution to optimize the following processes across all its restaurants (Belgian and French):
Better inventory management:
- Reducing waste
- Avoiding duplicate entries
- Improving transfer management
- Optimizing stock counting (faster, more efficient)
Better utilization of sales and restaurant data to consolidate reporting and support sound management decisions. Examples: stock optimization, product selection, etc.
The ability for customers to order online and receive home delivery.
La solution
Idealis has been a partner of EXKI since 2015. The installed ERP solutions have evolved over the years, as the company continues to grow and open new restaurants each year. The Idealis Consulting team has implemented customized solutions (Odoo Sales, Odoo Warehouses, Odoo Accounting, Odoo Purchasing, Odoo eCommerce, and Odoo Employee Directory) tailored to EXKI’s needs.:
For online ordering and customer delivery, Idealis contributed to defining the processes and developed a specific Click&Collect application integrated into EXKI’s website. You can place orders directly from the website (feel free to try it yourself).
