The history of La Plaine Chassart
LA PLAINE CHASSART is a gardening store located between Nivelles and Namur, near Villers-la-Ville. Over the course of two centuries, Chassart has built a strong reputation in the agriculture sector. The company offers a wide range of garden products, including fences, seeds, borders, lighting, decorative stones, tools, wood, and ponds.
Their needs
La PLAINE CHASSART wanted to digitize and digitalize its activities.
The company had to manage online sales, its point of sale, stock management, inventory, location strategy, as well as all production, delivery, and accounting management. Additionally, several companies belonging to La PLAINE CHASSART were managed in Odoo. We installed a V14.
Idealis started before the integration of the Odoo software with an analysis phase that included 20 workshops to thoroughly analyze La PLAINE CHASSART’s activities. We were able to estimate the specific developments to be carried out and preconfigure the tool.
At the end of these workshops, we delivered a document containing a precise description of all their processes and a clear vision of how Odoo would be used for their activities according to their needs.

We configured the Odoo ERP and integrated their processes. We installed and set up various modules for the company (Odoo Sales, Odoo eInvoicing, Odoo Website, Odoo Warehouses, Odoo Accounting, Odoo Purchases, Odoo Point of Sale, Odoo eCommerce, Odoo Manufacturing).
