                    SIRRIS was looking for a platform for Flemish companies to organize events and manage the budget allocated by the Vlaio organization. This platform therefore had to digitize and integrate important processes such as:
-The management of their contact database
-The management of initiatives and budget
- The management of their documents
-The administrative management

We have digitized the processes through the implementation of a dedicated solution based on the Odoo ERP (Odoo Sales, Odoo Invoicing, Odoo Marketing, Odoo Events, Odoo Contacts). An important conceptualization work of the new processes has been carried out in close collaboration with the internal teams.
We have installed and custom-configured the following Odoo modules, integrating all their processes into a single management tool.
